However, things quickly soured as Joanne found it impossible to make such a momentous decision solely to remain with Noah. Noah himself realized that she couldn't sacrifice her identity for their relationship to work.

Just as they were on the brink of separation, the two lovers treated us to a magnificent reconciliation scene, proving that love often finds a way. What Noah doesn't yet know, however, is that Joanne finally understood she was ready to take the leap of conversion thanks to a discussion with Esther (Jackie Tohn).
