The actor will portray Seth Norton, a handsome and arrogant surgeon who has transitioned into a businessman, with profit as his primary focus. He is the owner of Olympic Regent Health, a luxury medical center where patients pay out of pocket for premium care.

At present, details are scarce regarding which Grey Sloan doctors he will interact with, or what specific circumstances will bring him through the hospital's doors. However, sources indicate that James Wolk is slated to appear in at least four episodes of season 23, which premieres on October 15th on ABC.

Beyond his new role in Grey's Anatomy, James Wolk has also secured a part in Thunder Road, a racing series where he will star alongside Dennis Quaid. Furthermore, he's been announced for the cast of Vought Rising, the prequel to the hit series The Boys. Details about his role in that project have yet to be revealed.
