To kick off celebrations for the upcoming 50th anniversary of Rocky, Paramount has made the entire nine-film saga accessible to fans in the United States. As of early September, all six original Rocky films, starring Sylvester Stallone, alongside the three entries in the Creed trilogy, led by Michael B. Jordan, are now available on Paramount+.

Even more notably, the complete franchise has also been added to Pluto TV. For those unfamiliar, Pluto TV is a free, ad-supported streaming service, meaning viewers can now delve into the full Rocky and Creed story without a subscription fee. While this convenience does come with commercial breaks, it's a minor trade-off for free access to such a celebrated cinematic universe.

With nine films already under its belt, the Rocky universe shows no signs of slowing down. Two new projects are currently in development, expanding on this beloved boxing narrative; one continues the contemporary storyline, while the other delves into the inspiring origins of the original film.

Michael B. Jordan, who has not only starred in all three Creed films but also directed Creed III, has confirmed a fourth installment in the Creed saga. Jordan is set to reprise his roles as director, star, and producer for Creed 4. While specific plot details remain scarce, and a production timeline has yet to be announced, the future of Adonis Creed's journey is assured.

In parallel, a new Rocky-adjacent film titled I Play Rocky is slated for a November theatrical release. This biopic will explore the real-life underdog story behind the creation of the original Rocky. Anthony Ippolito takes on the role of a young Sylvester Stallone, depicting his determined efforts to write and star in the film. The cast also features AnnaSophia Robb, Matt Dillon, P.J. Byrne, Jay Duplass, Toby Kebbel, and Tracy Letts. Stephan James will portray the late Carl Weathers, who famously played Apollo Creed opposite Stallone.
