Netflix is assembling a formidable cast for its new limited series, The Retrievals, with Academy Award winner Jessica Chastain now confirmed to take on a leading role. The series is based on the investigative podcast by Susan Burton from The New York Times, which exposed a shocking medical malpractice case at the Yale Fertility Center.

Chastain will portray Kaitlyn Langford, an art historian who has been undergoing fertility treatments for years.
